Hi, I’m Dom Faussette
Aka the "Speaking Cadre." I'm a leadership and motivational speaker, corporate facilitator, and executive coach.
As a child, I was challenged by severe stuttering and was extremely quiet around others. It took until I was 21 and serving in the US Air Force with the 305th SFS as a K9 handler to learn how to be comfortable in my own vulnerability when i developed a relationship and talked to my dog.
Later as a Police Officer with the City of Jackson, MI, I had to make a split-second decision on whether or not to take a perpetrators life during an altercation. I decided against it and resigned with two-weeks notice. In that moment of clarity, I realized that my purpose in life was to develop and encourage vulnerable leadership.
Today, I am a certified speaker/coach with the John Maxwell Leadership Team and founder of my own company, Leaders 4 Leaders, LLC. I continue to work nationally with the best and brightest in the leadership development field.
